With over 40 years of experience, Thermolast Roofing Ltd is a specialist commercial and industrial roofing contractor delivering projects across the UK.

We work with commercial clients, contractors and industry-leading organisations on projects ranging from roof repairs and refurbishment through to complete roofing and waterproofing systems. Our experience covers a wide variety of building types, roofing systems and specialist materials.

Experience built over four decades

Since our establishment, the roofing industry has changed considerably. Thermolast has continued to evolve with it, working closely with leading manufacturers and adopting new roofing technologies, materials and installation methods.

This includes the development and installation of modern flame-free roofing and waterproofing systems, helping us provide safer and more effective solutions for today's commercial buildings.

Trained, experienced and safety focused

Every Thermolast project is professionally managed and supervised, with roofing systems installed by trained and experienced operatives.

Our teams undertake regular industry training, including PASMA mobile tower training, IPAF mobile plant training and UKATA-accredited asbestos awareness training.

Site operatives hold relevant CSCS cards, while qualified site foremen and SMSTS-certified Contracts Managers oversee our works to ensure projects are delivered safely and to a consistently high standard.

Thermolast Roofing is accredited by recognised health, safety and construction industry organisations including SafeContractor, CHAS and Constructionline.

From initial roof surveys and technical advice through to installation, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance, our team provides commercial roofing expertise at every stage of a project.
